Organization and billing information
Billing information
Only organization admins can update organization and billing information. If you are an organization admin visit the organization settings page to change your billing address, credit card information or VAT ID.
Changing your plan
If you wish to change your subscription plan to a different type, you can also do this in the organization settings page.
Cancel your subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, hit the cancel button below your plan info on the organization settings page.
This will immediately cancel your subscription and remove all videos and tokens.
Enterprise customers should contact sales@flowplayer.com or their account manager to update their plan instead.
Invoices
Invoices are also available from the organization settings page. Click on any invoice item to get an overlay with the respective invoice details so you can print it from the browser if needed for accounting purposes.
